The goals of the Spokane Chapter are lifelong community access, family support, public awareness, advocacy and collaboration with other groups. We put our efforts into activities that will help the autism community at large rather than the individual. Our school-age family support group encourages parents to participate in monthly community activities such as Sensory Friendly Movies or water slide parks. Our interest in adults with autism is shown by our support group and collaborating with PACE program of the Community Colleges of Spokane to provide classes for adults on the spectrum.

We provide direct treatment and support services to individuals and their families on-site, in-home, at school, and other community settings. Our vision is that each individual with autism spectrum  have access to early diagnosis and treatment; best practices in public education and health-care; and the social supports necessary for optimal personal growth and the fullest level of participation with family and community.
